Besides that, AC is 220v all over the country, so you won't find any.

You should decide 1st of the place where you would like to stay (hotel, house, flat).
As you say close to the festival, there are a few hotels nearby - Princess, AC, Diagonal Zero... which you could find with the help of a web research engine.
I'm not sure someone will check it for you, knowing we're a lot of people from outside Barcelona going the Primavera Sound and each of us already has to arrange our own accommodation
